Shipping and Delivery

Cloke garments are stocked in our Auckland warehouse.

There is no minimum order quantity from Cloke.

ORDER BY 4PM FOR SAME DAY DISPATCH.

Orders that are ex stock and placed before 4pm will be dispatched that very afternoon.

For North Island urban addresses, this is overnight via NZ Post.

For South Island urban addresses, both overnight and economy options are available via NZ Post.

Rural delivery is available (allow extra time 2-3 days).

Tracking link of your order is available online and is emailed the following morning.

Once you receive your order, please check the garments against the packing slip within 7 days.

Collecting / Pick-ups

Orders must be placed 3 hours prior to the time you arrive to collect them. Our team will pick and pack you order and have it ready for you. Collection hours are between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
